Where are the Women? with Tobermore women in partnership with NI Screen
Our rural co-ordinator had a fantastic final workshop today at Tobermore with rural women from across the Mid Ulster Council area as part of our Where are the Women programme in partnership with NI Screen. There was no shortage of conversation with many sharing stories of their lives. Thank you so much for engaging with us for the past three weeks, for bringing along family and friends (the room grew week by week) and for the love and friendship shown throughout. Many thanks also to Bronagh from NI Screen for once again working with Women’s Spaces and bringing her magic to our programmes.
The best feedback was given on the way out the door. One woman spoke to our Co-ordinator and said “you know something. I can’t stop smiling. I loved the buzz and I just cannot stop smiling.”
